The Swiss people wanted to know why the head of a mans Peni$ is bigger in diameter than the shaft. After a years study & 1 million dollars spent their surveys decided it was to give the women more pleasure.
The United States not happy with those results, researched this for two years & spent over 2 million dollars & their surveys showed it was to give the man more pleasure.
The Polish government decided to do their own survey, & after spending 3 days & $157.36, they decided it was to keep your hand from slipping off & hitting yourself in the head.
